Introduction

The IndiaMartSync_IN topping seamlessly integrates IndiaMART leads into the Bigin Contact module. Every 2 hours, IndiaMART leads are automatically fetched and added to Bigin, with the Lead Source field set to "IndiaMART." This allows users to efficiently filter and manage IndiaMART leads directly within the Contact module, ensuring streamlined lead tracking and management.

Steps to install the topping

1.Login to your Bigin account.

2.Go to setting and and click topping.

3.Go to Toppings > Marketplace > All Toppings.

All the installed Toppings are listed. under Installed, you can view all the toppings supported by your Bigin.

2. Click All Toppings, browse for, and click "IndiaMartSync_IN"

Details about the toppings will be available.

3. Agree to the Terms of Service and click Install.

After installation, click on the pen icon to edit and update the API_Key value and Data Center .

Setting up OAuth authorization
  1. To Authorize click on the "Authorize" button

  2. Click on "Connect" to access the Zoho Services

  3. Choose the service you want to install and submit it

  4. Click on the "Accept" button you allow DRE IDC to access data in your Zoho account

  5. Then the connector will connected

1. Contact Information

Basic Info Section: Displays the lead's primary contact details such as:

Email: The email address of the lead.

Phone Number: The lead’s mobile number.

Shop Name/Company Name: Captures the name of the lead's business entity.

2. Lead Source

Automatically Updated Field: The "Lead Source" field in the Other Info section is automatically updated as "IndiaMART" for all leads imported via the IndiaMART integration. This field is crucial for filtering and reporting.

3. Description

Contains important details about the product or service inquiry.
