  • The client wished to manage leads received from various social media platforms, and these leads are not via any ad campaign but the organic inquiries.
  • Lead information was scattered across DM’s, comments and google form link given in the bio.
  • The follow-ups were inconsistent, and the communication process lacked automation. This resulted in delayed responses, missed opportunities, and limited visibility into team performance.

2.Social Media Lead Consolidation
All inquiries coming from social media platforms (not via campaign but from profile visitors) were directed into one unified place in Bigin. This eliminated the need to check multiple apps and ensured no lead was missed.

 

3. WhatsApp Integration & Automation
To enhance client communication and improve response rates, we integrated Bigin with WhatsApp:

Automatic WhatsApp messages are triggered when a customer fills out a form. These message templates had booking page link of the user to whom the lead was mapped. A custom function was created to map a customer and send his/her respective booking page link to the person who has submitted the form.
